When the world gets me down and I feel the need for gentle TLC comfort, I tune in and listen to my Inner Voice Intuition for Divine, loving, healing, sage, wisdom guidance and breathe slowly, count to 10, with my hand to my heart chakra. I close my eyes and say gently to myself, “I love you. I got this. I’m ok. It’s all good. All is well and I’m very grateful.” I enjoy a hot bath soak with my favorite pure, organic, aromatherapy essential oils of sandalwood and orange and then I say the Serenity Prayer and remind myself to take life 1 day at a time and this too shall pass. I enjoy a sweet, tender, loving kitty cat cuddle with my 2 adorable sweetheart fur babies, my best friends.
I also curl up with my favorite, magical, fantasy, escape novel and I enjoy my silent healing solitude to recharge my battery. Gentle, holistic, self-care can do wonders to help me feel more grounded and centered and helps me feel comforted, loved, supported, and safe. Meditating and hugging the beautiful tree in our beautiful garden also helps to heal me and feel better. Mother Nature is truly my best friend and my healer and she is always here for me with loving kindness and I’m very grateful for her love. You can do the same thing. Mother Nature’s abundant kind love is always there to support us and as long as we are kind, loving, and caring to her and ourselves and each other, she will be kind, caring, loving, supportive to us. 💜🐞🌿🍊🍋🍀🌲🌈✨
